Pipoca Doce Fit ( Sweet Pop Corn Fit )

Uma boa opção para aproveitar um docinho à tarde sem prejudicar sua saúde, é esta receita de pipoca doce, simples, saborosa e com ingredientes de baixo custo!

Receita: 

1 colher de sopa de milho em grãos para pipoca comum

2 colheres de sopa de azeite

1 colher de sopa de mel

Preparo:

Misture os três ingredientes e leve ao fogo médio para alto. Quando os milhos começarem a pipocar, diminua um pouco o fogo para não queimar. Mexa a panela fechada com a tampa em movimentos circulares de vez em quando, para não restar nenhum milho sem estourar. Para aumentar a quantidade da pipoca, utilize as proporções acima.
