This amazing and easy recipe can be made with just 3 ingredients and will take you less than 10 min to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of peanuts
  • 3 spoons of coconut oil
  • 2 spoons of organic sugar

Mix them up into the food processor for at least 6 or 7 minutes. And it’s done! Once you keep into de fridge, that will be kind of tougher due to the coconut oil reaction regarding the cold. If you want to consume a little bit smoother, just take it to the microwave for 10 or 20 seconds, depending on yours equipment.

So good to be back with you… starring this astonishing recipe of cupcake that can fit a great post workout too.

Recipe:

1 egg

1 spoon of coconut oil

1 spoon of honey

1 spoon of oatmeal flour

1 spoon of passion fruit flour ( or rice flour )

1 spoon of cacoa

1/2 spoon of water

4 macadamias and 2 pecan nutts crushed

1 banana passes

1 coffee spoon of yeast

How to make it:

Mix the liquid ingredients first until it gets homogeneous enough. Then include the flours, cacoa, the nutts and banana passes. Wrap the cupcake batter kindly until getting until a thick clay. Now put really few water… as 1/2 spoon. Finish the mixture putting the yeast involving slowly.

Bake for 25 minutes in the oven in a silicone mold or a greased one at 200 Celsius degrees.
